High intensity signal light
It comes in BLUE, GREEN or RED

This new light stick is 69 times brighter than the brightest colored light stick available up to this time.
We were the original distributors of the Glo-toob in the United States. It was the brightest light stick available to
divers up to that time. We no longer distribute it. We had lot's of problems with it leaking and the company not
giving us replacement parts.

We have two new light sticks for you. The Double Light Stick is similar in use to the Glo-toob except that it gives you two working color lights instead of just one and four O ring seals instead of just one to keep the water out, for less money.
There is a link to the double light stick at the top of the page.

On this page we are going to show you the very finest quality SCUBA light stick made compared to the lightstick we used to distribute, the Glo-toob.

You will notice that the Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light is just a bit larger than the Glo-toob.  It's less than 3.5 inches long. It's extreme high intensity bulb is a marvel of modern science. It's too bright to look at.

It has a genuine on off switch on the top rather than like twisting the cap on the Glow-toob.

The Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light is made of machined aluminum just like the high quality military and police lights, rather than just molded plastic.

Below you will see a comparison between the light output of the Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light
on the right and a Glo-toob on the left. The light from the Glo-toob shines in all directions, while the
Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light is set in a depressed, protected cavity in the end of the light.
Therefore, if you want to shine it toward someone, you do not get any of the light in your own eyes,
thereby protecting your own night vision. If you want it to shine in all directions, you merely point it
at any of the objects you have and it will reflect an enourmous amount of light, as you can see in the
picture below.  You will notice it is also bright enough to use as a regular backup flashlight or to look
at nocturnal sea life that would be sensitive to white light.

To give you another idea of the comparative brightness, the brightest of all the other lightsticks might be
visible on the surface for a distance of about 50 to 100 yards, if you knew what you were looking for. The
Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light can be seen by a plane or boat up to one mile away.  If I wanted
to signal someone, and it was important, I would want a Sea Turtle High Intensity Signal Light in my pocket.
